by Karim Traoré Julie Shantz, our music leader, meets with us three times per week. During that time we learn songs from other countries and learn to play different instruments. Julie even taught us how to play the bells. I'm telling you, music sessions are times of leisure and pleasure. Even if you don't know how to sing when you arrive, you'll be able to by the end of a few months! In Harmonie's house there is a piano, a balafon and an African djembe as well as other instruments brought by the participants of Harmonie.
